Know where you stand. Then watch yourself change.
Most people start training without a real picture of where they are. Not because they don't care — but because no one ever showed them how to look. The Body Scan changes that.
In a single session, we measure how your body is actually functioning right now. Muscle strength, body composition, cardiovascular indicators, metabolic data. Together, these measurements generate your biological age — a number that reflects not how long you've lived, but how well your body is performing.
You might be 45. Your body might be functioning like 38. Or like 52. We use that number not as a verdict, but as a starting point. A compass. Something concrete to move from.
Because what gets measured, gets better.
What we measure
Muscle strength, assessed through the eGym smart equipment. Body composition — fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI — measured via InBody bio-impedance analysis. Cardiovascular and metabolic indicators, gathered through a short intake process.
What you'll receive
Your biological age, a clear overview of where your body is performing well and where there's room to grow, and a personalized direction within the eGym system to start closing the gap.
Who this is for
Anyone who wants to understand their body before they start changing it. The Body Scan is available to members and non-members alike — no commitment required. Just the willingness to see yourself clearly.
Good to know
This is a standalone session. It does not include access to the eGym equipment or gym floor.
